Your price and included services
The price and any additional charges depend on the services requested and are set out in your proposal. Review the agreed itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and total price before accepting.
Payment and service dates
A deposit of 50% of the total contract amount is due within two weeks of signing the contract. Full payment is due two months before the service start date.
For a booking requested less than two months before the service, ask our team for written payment instructions before accepting. The agreed services are provided on the confirmed dates after final payment.
Cancellation and refund conditions
Before accepting a proposal or making a payment, ask our team for the written cancellation and refund conditions for your booking. If you need to cancel or request a change, contact us in writing with your booking details.
Sending an inquiry
An inquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve availability. No payment is collected through this website’s inquiry form. Our team confirms availability and the booking arrangements separately in writing.
